PAYMENT TERMS AND SECURITY
All the vehicle and driver rental, additional product and service fees are collected in advance from
a single credit or debit card belonging to the renter at the time of booking.
Our website www.tripedi.com uses an SSL security certificate to provide you with a safer shopping
environment.
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

reservations center for price details and further information.

CHANGING RESERVATIONS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT CHANGES
EARLY DROP-OFF:
In the event that the customer has returned earlier than the booked date and time range after being
picked-up, no refund will be made to the renter.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD:
In the event that an extension is requested in the booking period after the starting hour of the
rental period, an additional cost for each extra hour will be charged to the renter’s credit card.
The additional cost for each extra hour in Tripedi is $20.
NO-SHOW
The reservation will be considered a no-show if the customer does not show up at the pick-up
location at the reserved time. In case of a no-show, the renter’s booking will be canceled if the
renter has not contacted Tripedi Reservation Center in the first two hours after the reserved pick-up time.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
A booking can be canceled until 12 hours before the reserved time on the date of the booking, in
which case no fees will be charged. If you have made your reservation less than 24 hours before
the rental start time, no fee will be charged if you cancel within 1 hour of completing your
reservation. Apart from this, the parties have agreed that no refund will be made to the renter in any way.
