HOW IS RESERVATION APPROVED?

Whether you sign up at www.tripedi.com or call us at 0 (850) 849 00 44 to make a reservation, a confirmation e-mail and an SMS that confirms your reservation will be sent.

DO I ACTUALLY GET TO RENT THE VEHICLE I MADE A RESERVATION FOR?

Reservations are made on a personal basis at Tripedi, so there is a brand guarantee. In case the vehicle your reservation was made for is not available on your specified date or time range, you will receive an information e-mail about it, and you’ll always have the chance to request a different vehicle.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?

â—‰ If you have made a paid reservation via www.tripedi.com, sadly, you will not be able to make changes to your reservation. If you have additional requests after you complete your paid reservation, you can call us at 0 (850) 849 00 44 or send an e-mail to [email protected] to discuss what can be done. We promise to help!
â—‰ If you have made a reservation through a call to our Reservation Center, you can contact us, and we can make changes to your reservation more quickly.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS OF PREPAID RESERVATIONS?

◉ For prepaid reservations, if the reservation is canceled 12 hours before the pick-up time, the rental fee will be refunded by Tripedi in full.
â—‰ However, if there are less than 12 hours to the prepaid reservation, a 25% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

WHEN WILL THE REFUND OF MY PREPAID RESERVATION REFLECT ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Your refund will be made immediately after canceling your prepaid reservation on our website. It will be reflected in your bank account within 3-15 business days directly to the credit card we have on our system.

CAN I RENT MULTIPLE VEHICLES?

You can only add one vehicle to your reservation at once. Still, if you want to make another reservation, you can create a separate reservation for the same or a different date and time.

CAN I CHANGE THE RENTAL PERIOD AFTER I MEET UP WITH MY DRIVER?

Yes, you can extend your rentals or return earlier. Just note that:
â—‰ You can only extend your rental period for extra two hours, and each additional hour will cost you $20.
â—‰ You can also return earlier. However, there will be no refund for the hours you canceled.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS? CAN I PAY IN CASH?

In all rental procedures of Tripedi, a personal credit or debit card is requested with the name and surname of the customer who will make the rental. No payment options other than credit or debit card via online payment can be accepted.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes! On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.

CAN I EDIT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Yes. You can edit your personal information in the ‘My Account’ section by logging in with your Tripedi credentials.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You will see a “Forgot my Password” button on the Log In page. After you click on it, the forgot password page will open up. Please type in the email address for which you need a new password, and click Send. We will send an email to you shortly!
