DISTANT SALES – MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
TESA GROUP LIMITED
ARTICLE 1 – Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and liabilities of the parties as required by
provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distant
Sales Agreements regarding the service that has been/will be sold by TESA Group Limited
(“Seller”) to the Consumer (“Buyer”), whose details are given below.

ARTICLE 4
4.1. BUYER declares that he/she has read and understood all preliminary information about the
basic properties, sale price, payment method and delivery of the contractual service defined in
Article 3 above and he/she gives necessary confirmation in electronic environment.
4.2 The contractual service is performed within the agreed period, provided that legal duration is
not exceeded.
4.3. The contractual service shall be provided only and actually to BUYER and BUYER cannot
claim this service to be made available for third parties.
4.4. SELLER is responsible to provide the contractual service as required.
ARTICLE 5 – Right of Withdrawal
BUYER cannot exercise his right of withdrawal as per Article 15 (1)/g of the Regulation on
Distant Agreements.
ARTICLE 6 – Jurisdiction
For any dispute arising out of the performance of this Agreement
Consumer Arbitration
Committees and Consumer Courts at the area of residence of BUYER or SELLER are authorized to settle any dispute up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
